RMHC Virtual Cooking Class

Join RMHC Burlington and special guest instructor, Breana Killeen, for an evening of virtual fun and culinary delights! This class will be offered on Wednesday, August 26th at 5:30pm and will be a LIVE virtual cooking class benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Burlington.

Since we’re all cooking at home a little more these days, why not spice up your normal routine with a cook-along Chinese cooking class. We provide a list of ingredients, then you tune in for an online cooking class with Breana Lai Killeen, EatingWell magazine’s Test Kitchen Manager. She’ll describe the most common Chinese ingredients, where to find them and how to navigate a Asian grocery store. Then, she’ll show us how to prepare two of her favorite dishes—homemade Chinese dumplings and Singapore Noodles. We hope you’ll join us for an evening of delicious learning.

ON THE MENU: Homemade Dumplings – Pork & Vegetarian, Singapore Noodles with Crispy Tofu

Breana Killeen M.P.H., R.D, Test Kitchen Manager at EatingWell Magazine, is a Le Cordon Bleu–trained cook, dietitian and sommelier who loves dogs, classic cars and a cool glass of rosé.
